A Second Chance for a Fresh Start
When a family enters the CFR housing program, most of them have little more than the clothing on their backs. The families are often coming out of crisis situations sparked by domestic violence, job loss, divorce or medical emergencies. CFR addresses the families’ immediate needs, provides safe and secure housing and coaches them on making the best decisions possible for their families and their futures.
More so, the housing program is designed to not only provide shelter, but everything a family needs to get back on their feet and on the road to self sufficiency.
CFR currently has 37 apartments to house families in crisis. The CFR housing program only houses families with children in the home. A typical housing client is a single mom in her early 30s, with one or two small children.
